DJ Khaled Proposes to Nicki Minaj [VIDEO]

This is definitely one of the weirdest MTV News breaks I've ever seen!  Last week, rapper/DJ DJ Khaled stopped by the MTV studios last week to record a special video message for his apparent celebrity crush, Nicki Minaj.  Apparently Khaled has been saving his pennies, because he reportedly dropped 50,000,000 of them (half a million dollars) on an engagement ring which gets shown in the video.  There as been no response from Nicki yet, but rumors have been going around that she will not be accepting DJ Khaled's proposal.  Others have been speculating she's even considering a restraining order.  Here is Khaled's proposal:
