Daylight Savings is over on Sunday morning at 2am, so that means we "Fall Back" and gain an hour!

With Daylight savings ending we will turn our clocks back one hour at 2am on Sunday morning. That means before heading to bed on Saturday, move your clocks up one hour.

So why do we have daylight savings? According to the website timeanddate.com

"Daylight Saving Time (DST) is used to save energy and make better use of daylight. It was first used in 1908 in Thunder Bay, Canada."
