Dad Makes the Best Halloween Costume Ever

Carter is a little boy with Spina Bifida, because of it, he is wheelchair bound.  That didn't stop his dad from creating the most amazing costume for him.

Rather than just giving him a costume to wear in his wheelchair his dad incorporated his wheelchair into the costume, pretty cool right?  He created an ice cream truck the wheels of the wheelchair are the front tires.

How adorable is this costume? This guy deserves father of the year!
