The COVID-19 pandemic hasn't shut everything down this summer. If you're a fan of handmade crafts, Another Chance for Animals has you covered with their Christmas in July Vendor and Craft Fair at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in downtown Evansville.

The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18th (2020) and will feature local vendors and crafters selling their handmade items. Items for sale include everything from decorations for your home, both inside and out, wind chimes, adult and children's clothing, jewelry, homemade soaps and lotions, and the list goes on and on.

Admission to the event is free, however there will be an opportunity to make a monetary donation to Another Chance for Animals. The Evansville non-profit works directly with Evansville Animal Control to provide foster homes for animals without a family until one adopts them.

You won't be required to wear a face mask at the Fair, but organizers recommend you do. They also say booths will be spaced far enough apart to help visitors stay safe and socially distant from one another.

Learn more about the types of items you'll be able to find at the Fair on the Another Chance for Animals Facebook page.
