So we all knew that Michael Rosenbaum was going to make his Marvel debut in the new film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. I was super happy for Michael as he is a genuine guy and hasn't forgotten his roots. Last night, I got to check out the new film and am happy to report that it is every bit as good as the first film, with even more emotional depth.

However, you may find yourself looking very hard to find Rosenbaum in the film. If you were expecting him to be sporting a very familiar bald head, you're going to be looking pretty hard. Rosenbaum is unrecognizable in the film thanks to some very impressive CGI. Here is what he looks like in the new film:

Yep, that is what the former Lex Luthor actor looks like. What? You mean you didn't recognize him immediately? Rosenbaum plays the character of Martinex, one of the original Guardians of the Galaxy in the comics. Without spoiling anything, the movie sets up a potentially expanded role in future films, which is very exciting! Congrats again to Rosenbaum for getting into the Marvel Universe! Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 opens everywhere today!
