From the usually-modish "Honey" singer Kehlani, who turned heads with an overdone see-through garb, to first-time offender Yara Shahidi's muddled attire, to Machine Gun Kelly's pastel camo catastrophe—these were the most boring, weird and over-exaggerated looks that missed the mark.
