WAG-O-WEEN at the Warrick Humane Society has had some scheduled changes due to Saturday's impending weather. If you haven't heard, Saturday is supposed to be nasty here across the Tri-State. We're expecting 1-2 inches of rain and a high a chilly high in the 60s.

The WAG-O-WEEN event is still on, but on a smaller scale indoors. The adoptable pet parade will be cancelled, and food booths will be moved inside. You can still expect hot chocolate, hot dogs, puppy chow and drinks. There will also be a silent auction with fun gift baskets. All you need to do to enter the auction is make a donation to the shelter.

Everyone is still encouraged to show up in costume! There will be trick-or-treating for the kids, including non-edible treats available for kids with food allergies at each station as well as traditional candy.

WHS is also hosting a Spooky Supply Drive for Rescue Pets during the event. Items needed include: Paper Towels, Kitten Food, Bleach, and Laundry Soap (HE).

The event is Saturday from 10-2, but as stated before, the adoptable pet parade is cancelled.
