Lately there's been headline after headline on how vaping is dangerous.

Some of those headlines are even claiming vaping is related to recent deaths across the country. Many retailers are pulling electronic cigarettes off the shelves before things get messier. Walmart, the world's largest retailer, is no exception.

According to a report by Tristate Homepage, Walmart announced Friday it would no longer sell electronic cigarettes due to the recent number of deaths and illnesses allegedly correlated to vaping. This excludes the products Walmart currently has in inventory, so you might still see some products on the shelves while supplies last.

According to the report, "the company says it decided to act due to uncertainty surrounding how federal, state, and local governments may start to regulate the products."
