Vote for Holiday World and Splashin’ Safari for Best Water Park in the Country

The Santa Claus, Indiana theme park faces stiff competition from one water park that features a swim-up pool bar for adults, another featuring three uphill (that's right, "uphill") water slides, and both Disney World water parks in Orlando among others.

The competition runs through July 29th, and is being held by the website, 10best.com (a division of USA Today Travel). Other parks competing for votes include one in Ohio, one in Texas, a few from California, one from Virginia, and one from Colorado.

Visitors to the site can vote has many times as they'd like each day through the end of the competition. After I cast my vote for Splashin' Safari, it showed the park with a commanding lead over Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, Texas.
