Volunteer for the First ‘Great Evansville Cleanup’ on April 1st
Keep Evansville Beautiful needs your help keeping our city looking its best during the first ever, "Great Evansville Cleanup" on Saturday, April 1st from 9:00-11:00 a.m.!
Despite what the date might suggest, this is no joke. Keep Evansville Beautiful will set up shop in 13 different neighborhoods across the city to help assist volunteers like you pick up litter in those areas.
The complete list of neighborhoods is as follows:
- Garvin Park
- Vann-Pollack Park
- Tepe Park
- Lorraine Park
- Howell Park
- Caze Elementary School
- Escalade Sports
- Kids Kingdom
- Eastland Mall
- Cedar Hall
- Lamasco Park
- Wesselman Park
All volunteers must sign a waiver prior to participating, and all who sign up by Saturday, March 18th will receive a free t-shirt.
Registration can be done now through the Keep Evansville Beautiful website, so start rounding up your friends, family, co-workers, fellow non-profit members, or whoever and make plans to be a part of the Great Evansville Cleanup with Keep Evansville Beautiful on Saturday, April 1st!
