Sydney Celebrates New Year's Eve

The new year is almost here and with it comes the promises of change. We call them RESOLUTIONS! Most people tend to make the same resolutions year after year only to give usually by FEBRUARY 1st! If you've made any resolutions for 2016, I wish you the best of luck in keeping them! Here is a list of the top new years resolutions that people usually don't keep!

1) Quit Smoking - This one has been in the top 5 for the past 10 years ever since smoking stop being "COOL" but it has proven to be one of the hardest if not THE hardest bad habit to kick.

2) Lose Weight - All of us have been on that weight lose roller coaster.

3) Work Less/More Me time - It's always been hard to find that perfect balance between work and leisure but in this fast paced, gotta-have-it now, society we live in, taking time off from work never seems like an option.

Keeping resolutions usually involve drastic lifestyle changes that most people think they are ready for that they really are not. So they try to go super hard in the beginning only to burn out or give up due to frustration. My advice is to set small incremental steps that eventually lead to larger milestones until the goal is reached. Good luck...
