The Evansville Christmas Show at Old National Events Plaza
December 1st at 11 a.m, December 2nd at 10 a.m, and December 3rd at 11 a.m
A Christmas shopping extravaganza with 200 Booths of Christmas gift bargains. Free pictures with Santa all weekend for children. Admission is $3.00 and parking is free.

Christmas in Boonvillage Weekend in Boonville, Indiana
December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
An all over Christmas bash is to be hosted in Boonville! Presented by Boonville Merchant's Association and Boonville Now, this Christmas weekend will have many events including the lighting of the Christmas decorations, Santa in the Park, Carriage rides around the square, the 71st Annual Christmas Parade, and more! December 2nd

Haynie's For The Holidays at Haynie's Corner in Downtown Evansville
10 a.m to 7 p.m
Celebrate Christmas this year in Haynie's corner! With vendors like Farm 57, the Pizza Revolution, White Swan Coffee Lab, Evansville Pedicab, the Refinery, Rachel Matthew Photography, Uncharted International, Inc., Harella Soap Co., and more, this is sure to be a Christmas celebration you won't forget! Newburgh Celebrates Christmas
December 2nd at 10 a.m to December 3rd at 6p.m with main events being on the 2nd from 10 a.m to 5 p.m.
Enter an 1880's downtown Newburgh where the streets will be paved with carolers, musicians, and dressed up citizens! Participate in Christmas games and window shopping. In addition, many street vendors will be present and restaurants will have Christmas meals and decor.

Historic Newburgh Festival of Trees at Preservation Hall
5 p.m to 9 p.m
The second annual Festival of Trees features over 20 festive trees created by locals. A live auction and local tasty treats will be available as well. Advance tickets are $25 per person or $30 at the door. Prices include a tour of 2 Historic Newburgh homes decorated for Christmas, 2 drink tickets, and Festival of Trees event. Home Tours times are from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm and the Festival of Trees begins after at 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm. Click here to purchase tickets in advance.

Reindeer Experience! at Owensboro Museum of Science and History
10 a.m to 2 p.m and 3 p.m to 7 p.m
Prancer the Reindeer and Mrs. Claus will be at the Owensboro Museum of Science and History for tours and photos! Bring your child to experience the fun! Prices are as follows from the Facebook event page: Normal museum admission from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. with the reindeer experience included in admission. Between 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. cost is $5.00 for the reindeer experience, but no museum admission is charged.

Holiday Stroll 'Elf on the Shelf' Scavenger Hunt at Smother's Park in Owensboro
3 p.m to 7 p.m
The Holiday Stroll and Seek "Elf on the Shelf" Scavenger Hunt is back again this year! Elves will be hidden downtown and the goal is to find them, but don't rush! Just have fun. According to the event Facebook page, the Grand prize winner receives "a Nashville weekend getaway for two, including tickets to "Cirque Dreams Holidaze" at the Gaylord Grand Ole Opry House and a two-night stay at the Embassy Suites!" Participants must register at the Owensboro-Daviess Co. Convention and Visitors Bureau (215 E. 2nd St.) beginning at 3 p.m. Other downtown holiday activities that day include caroling, ice carving demonstrations, photos with Santa, and the Smother's Park Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

December 3rd

A Christmas Carol at RiverPark Center in Owensboro
December 3rd from 4 p.m to 7 p.m

Cook's Victorian Christmas Tours begin at the Cook Mansion in Evansville
December 4th through January 1st

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer The Musical at the Old National Events Plaza

Jingle Bell Run Evansville
8 a.m to 11 a.m.
Be a part of this Christmas themed run sponsored by the Arthritis foundation. Wear an ugly Christmas sweater and get in the spirit for this holiday charity run. To purchase tickets and register or to donate, click here.

Christmas Tour of Homes presented by the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra
10 a.m to 2 p.m
Four homes will be showcased for the holidays during the Owensboro Symphony's 14th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes. Self-guided tours allow you to explore and roam these gorgeous Christmas themed homes. For tickets to the Christmas Tour of Homes, click here.

Holiday Ornaments at John James Audubon State Park
10:30 a.m to 11:45 a.m, children ages 3 - 12, registration required

4th Annual Dickens Christmas on Franklin hosted by Franklin Street Events

Come one come all to this annual Christmas bazaar on Franklin Street! With activities, characters, vendors, and more, Christmas on Franklin is the place to be.

December 15th

Winter Solstice Open House presented by City Social
6 p.m to 11 p.m
Come celebrate the season and the Winter Solstice at the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse! Must be 21 and over. Wine, Tin Man beer, and food (pot-luck style) will be provided. Music for the night will be provided by Peaches & Cream.

December 16th

Holiday Drop and Shop by Wesselman Nature Society
9:30 AM – 12:30 PM and / or 1:00 – 4:00 PM AGES 4 to 10
Need to get some last minute Christmas shopping done? Drop your kids for a day of fun at Wesselman Park! The kids (ages 4-10) will participate in a variety of activities including meeting animals, making crafts, and exploring the woods! Each session (morning or afternoon) is $15 dollars per child. Makeup & Mistletoe by The Beauty Room
Begins at 2:30 p.m
