If you have made it to the theater to see the new cinematic release of Twisters, then you have spotted some big screen love for a small town Indiana baseball team.

Illinois has been the original home state of many famous Hollywood movie stars and superstar sports celebrities. I would argue that the greatest of them all is the one named after Illinois' arch rival state - Indiana Jones. You can see inside his childhood home that really was in Illinois and it hasn't changed much over the years.

Who remembers Sunday Night Movies?

When the rumors began to spread that Lucasfilm wanted Chris Pratt to star in a new Indiana Jones reboot, many “insiders” tried to refute those claims by saying an Indiana Jones reboot would never happen. But now, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy has confirmed that a new Indiana Jones movie is on the way, saying it “will one day be made” at Disney.

This is so simple, yet so funny.  Some of Hollywood's biggest stars have been getting on board with the whole #selfie trend!  Some one from Russia recut some of movies' biggest scenes so that the stars take an award-winning #selfie!

This morning, the girls and I were talking about film's most successful movie sequels.  It had to do with movies in which their sequels made a great deal more money than the original.  We got to talking about some of Hollywood's better sequels, but I never shared my ultimate favorite.

When Disney made that big purchase of Lucasfilm way back when, not only did it encompass the beloved 'Star Wars' franchise, but also 'Indiana Jones,' the latter of which is easily forgettable as the long-gestating 'Indiana Jones 5' has shied away from headlines recently. However, with Disney set to distribute any potential new installments of the Harrison Ford-led films, more are likely on the way
