Strange Car Off Craigslist Could Be a Time Machine [VIDEO]

Being a "Car Girl" I have seen some really cool modifications to cars. I have also seen some really strange mods, but this takes the cake! And I'm not even sure what it is!

This guy bought a used car off of Craigslist for a couple hundred dollars, site unseen. When he picked it up and got it home, he took out his camera to begin filming his unusual find. From the outside, it looks like just an old 80's clunker, but inside... inside is really bizarre.

First, there's the strange, fighter-jet looking steering wheel, complete with thumb triggered buttons. Then there's there strange LED light box-thingy on above the AC controls where the stereo should be. And then, there's the box. I'm not sure what it is, but some Youtube users think it might be an old oscillator - whatever that is! I think the whole hodge-podge of a car looks like Doc from Back to the Future might have started with this car before he moved on to the Delorean.
