SNL Owns Trump [SNL Rewind]

You almost have to feel bad for the cast and writers of Saturday Night Live.  They probably had a whole fleshed-out show for "Hamilton" star Lin Manuel Miranda...  And then, late Friday night, Trump happened.  While I had higher hopes for the talented stage star, which featured musical guest Twenty One Pilots, I wish I could say he had an awesome episode.  I imagine the show quickly went through a rewrite when the political A-bomb was dropped (or should I say "P-bomb?"), which was probably both beneficial and detrimental to the show's quality.  While it harped on Trump and beat the horse to death, the funniest moments from the show were when they were making (more of) an ass of him.  If you missed it this weekend, check out Alec Baldwin reprising his role as the incomparable Republican Presidential Nominee Donald J.
