San Francisco Batkid Gets Fan-Made ‘Batkid Rises’ Movie Trailer [VIDEO]
If the photos made you cry, then you might want to grab a whole box of tissues before you press play.
You know the story. But if you don't, here's a quick recap:
The Make-A-Wish Foundation in San Francisco granted 5-year-old Miles, a Batman superfan battling leukemia, the opportunity to become his favorite caped crusader for one day, and in the process filled the hearts of ordinary citizens like us around the world by transforming the city of San Francisco into Gothem City with the help of its police force and everyday citizens after the call to action they put out through social media went viral.
Miles' day included traveling around with a larger version of Batman in a black Lamborghini emblazoned with the iconic Batman logo on the sides, saving a damsel in distress, and foiling an evil plot by the dastardly Riddler.
It's an amazing story that reminds you there is still a ton of good going on in this world despite what you see on the news, or read on the internet. Now it has its own movie trailer, and it too is amazing.
