Meet Poseidon at It Takes a Village in Evansville

Yesterday, I stopped at It Takes a Village in Evansville to take some video of their longest resident in hopes of finding him a home. A couple of weeks ago, I featured Gunner who has been with them for almost two years.

Gunner went VIRAL. He became famous almost overnight. Thousands of people viewed his story and he had a few potential adopters stop in to see him. But sadly, the staff told me he's still up for adoption, as well as his buddy Poseidon. So, I figured we'd feature both dogs and just keep this list going until they get adopted!

Poseidon Has Been Waiting 600 Days for a Home

Good With Kids and Dogs, Full of Energy

Gunner is good with kids and other dogs, but not cats. He loves his ball and can do a couple of tricks. He is a boxer mix, so he needs a family that understands he has lots of energy and will be completely devoted to his people.

A Sweet Reunion Shows His Big Heart

While I was spending time with Gunner, one of the people who regularly cares for him pulled up. When Gunner recognized him, he went bananas. He was so excited to see him. It was incredibly sweet.
