WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!?!?!?!?
This is absolutely horrendous! What kind of person makes their child run through the streets of New York in snow and 9 Degree temperatures!! At least they were nice enough to put his little feet in shoes! Poor baby! I just want to scoop him up & wrap him in a warm blanket! I really hope that this video makes its way around the internet world, and that this little boy's parents are prosecuted for this!!!
