New Video Gives Tour of the Earth From Outer Space [VIDEO]
Now you don't have to be an astronaut to enjoy a birds-eye view of this rock we call home.
If you don't have $200,000 for a trip to space with Virgin Galactic, or you're like me and don't care much for heights or closed in spaces, thanks to 18-year-old Croatian video editor, Tomislav Safundzic, you can enjoy the same views as the men and women working on board the international space station from the comfort of your computer.
Using images from NASA's Image Science and Analysis Laboratory, a trippy soundtrack, and the wonders of time-lapse photography, Safundzic gives us mere mortals a breathtaking view of planet Earth that includes some amazing shots of the world at night including a look at the Aurora Borealis.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy a quick, vertigo-free view of the third rock from the sun.
