Meghan Trainor to Embark on ‘The Untouchable Tour’ This Summer
For those of you begging and pleading with the universe to deliver a live version of Meghan Trainor's anthemic new single "No" to your local venue, your cries have mercifully been answered.
The "All About That Bass" singer announced her forthcoming The Untouchable Tour during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today (April 20), where she also performed her aughts-influenced lead single "No." Check that out above to see Meghan toss her hair about with wild abandon.
The summer tour is set to support her upcoming album Thank You, and will see Meghan visit 26 North American cities in the process while unleashing her newfound brand of girl-power-lite unto the ears of stans everywhere. Common King and Hailee Steinfeld will serve as the tour openers, the latter of whom's self-love anthem "Love Myself" will likely prove to be a pretty fitting addition.
Fans who pre-order Thank You or stream “No” on Amazon starting at 5PM today and ending at 11:59PM on April 25 will gain access to a pre-sale code to purchase tickets, beginning at 10AM upon April 27. Citi cardmembers will get their own pre-sale beginning April 25 at 10AM. Meanwhile, tickets will be made available to the rest of us plebs aka the general public on April 29 via Live Nation.
