I've been living vicariously through my friends that have had the chance to see Pink, on her current tour. Earlier this week, my friend Michelle and her girlfriend saw her amazing show in Louisville. They had an incredible view, right in front of the stage! You would think that if someone was going to pay $500+ for tickets that close, that they would actually be a fan of Pink, and appreciate her views. Unfortunately, there was a guy who did not care for Pink's political views, and started yelling hateful things. Obviously, Pink's true fans shut him down very quickly, and with the help of security, had him removed. Thankfully, he did not ruin Michelle and Kathy's experience. Here's what she had to say about it:

A guy a couple of rows behind us was spewing some hateful crap during a video pink was playing about human rights, gays were mentioned. He was obviously on the opposing side of Pink's political and social stance and the woman behind us stood in and started reading him the riot act, it was loud and like I said he was a few rows back . The people closer to him were quick to stand up to him and I got security involved at that point and they took him out immediately. It was just shocking that someone would pay over $500 for a seat at a show when he was against everything she stands for...people must have more money than me. It's not much of a story, just a reminder that there are still people that view homosexuality and equal rights for all people as something to be feared or hated. Also a glimpse into the side of humanity that is sick to death of that kind of sh**

It was a small part of an amazing night. It didn't ruin our night by any means , and the concert was beyond phenomenal. I only shared the incident because it was so unexpected in that environment but also because the crowd was so quick to shut it down. I have amazing memories from last night and I refuse to let this little part infringe on those.
