Justin Bieber Goes Shirtless at Cannes [PHOTOS]

After suiting up for a swank yacht party last weekend, Justin Bieber was considerably more dressed-down when he was photographed walking around shirtless at the Cannes Film Festival today (May 20).

The 'Confident' singer showed off his abs and tattoos. He did wear a pair of low-slung orange shorts, white shoes and a gold chain. Justin's casual appearance is unexpected at the famous film event, which features a red carpet with A-list celebs in formalwear.

We're surprised to see Justin without his signature dark shades, especially on a sunny day in the south of France! However, the singer looks unfazed by the crowd of people around him.
