As hard as it is to believe, summer is coming to an end. Let that soak in for a second. That means it's almost Labor Day, which not only means that we can't wear white pants, but it also means the end of summer parties. It's totally ok to go out with friends and have drinks, but make a plan to get home safely. Logan's Promise offers a Safe Ride Program to help you make the right decision.

Scary Drinking and Driving Stats

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 1 person in the United States dies in a drunk-driving crash every 52 minutes. All of these deaths were preventable and were the result of a very bad decision. If you are hosting a party for Labor Day, make sure that no one leaves after drinking, without a designated driver.

Remembering Victims Killed by Drunk Drivers in Southern Indiana

According to the CDC, more than 10,000 people in the United States die each year in crashes that involve an alcohol-impaired driver. When 1 of those 10,000 is your family member, it can change your whole outlook on drinking and driving.
