HOP ON OVER! IT'S THE FIRST WBKR YARD PARTY OF THE YEAR

To wrap up its Gideon’s 300 donation campaign, Friends of Sinners (FOS), an Owensboro nonprofit offering faith-based recovery programs, is partnering with WBKR and Frogtown Food Truck for a special community event. The WBKR Yard Party, sponsored by Rhoads & Rhoads, kicks off at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 2nd, 2025, on the front lawn of WBKR (3301 Frederica St.). Let’s leap into giving and make a splash for a great cause!

FRIENDS OF SINNERS GIDEON'S 300 CAMPAIGN

The Gideon’s 300 campaign invites community members to support FOS with a one-time donation of any amount. Launched in mid-February, the campaign typically concludes in mid-April, but this event serves as a final fundraising push and celebration of community support.
