More than 200,000 people are expected to stroll along the four-block stretch of Evansville's West Franklin Street between St Joseph Avenue and Wabash Avenue of Flags for annual Fall Festival. Hundreds of yummy food items are being served from nearly 140 area non-profit organizations.
