The West Side Nut Club Fall Festival

If you have lived in the Tri-State for any amount of time,  then you know about the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival.  It's been going on for more than 100 years, and each year it welcomes around 200,000 people to West Franklin Street.  The Fall Festival takes place the first full week of October, and during that week, more than 100 food booths line up and down Franklin Street, all to support local non-profits. It's a fun-filled week of delicious deep-fried goodness, carnival rides, parades, and plenty of entertainment from the stages.

The Fall Festival has been a Tri-State staple for decades, and now it's getting national recognition once again, by being nominated for the USA Today Readers' Choice Awards!

Vote for the Best Fall Festival in the Country

Twenty different fall-themed festivals from across the United States have been nominated by USA Today and are in the running to be named the Best Fall Festival in America.

In 2024 the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival reigned supreme (but to be honest, we all knew it would), so now the WSNC Fall Festival is on to defend that title this year, because they've been nominated once again!
