This week our Vanderburgh Humane Society Pet of the Week is a girl whose personality is as sweet as her name, Buttercup!

All Makes and Models

The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." They also have them of all ages, from puppies and kittens that are weeks old to dogs and cats that have been around for a while. So, there is an excellent likelihood that the VHS will have a pet that fits your lifestyle! Each week we feature a pet of the week from the VHS who is looking for a forever home. This week our pet of the week is as sweet as her name, Buttercup!

Meet Buttercup!

Buttercup is young enough to be playful, but old enough that you are out of that puppy phase. She would be perfect for a home that is active. If you like going for walks or jogs, Buttercup will be your best sidekick! If you want a dog that you can go out in the yard and throw a ball with, once again, she's your girl!

Meet Buttercup, a spirited 4-year-old Doberman mix! This energetic girl thrives on playtime in the yard and enjoys soaking up every ounce of love and attention she can get! Buttercup is eager to please and will make a wonderful companion for an active family. Her adoption fee is $200, which includes her spay, microchip, and up-to-date vaccinations.
