BOLO just issued for a stolen bicycle. A baby blue girls performance track bicycle. Stolen off the Greenway in the area of the riverfront. Suspect is a white male in his 40's. He's wearing a black ball cap and mustard colored shirt & jeans.

Disorderly conduct in 100 blk of E Riverside Dr. Female is spraying a fire extinguisher at vehicles as they pass by. 1 driver was been sprayed in the eyes.

UPDATE: The disorderly female has apparently used up the fire extinguisher, she's now throwing pumpkins at houses in the area.
