
Instagram Models Complain COVID-19 Hurting Business
Those poor, poor Instagram models.
What's worse than being a Instagram model and being restricted from beaches? Well, nothing, according to the models themselves. Turns out, we haven't been considering the burden COVID-19 has taken on social media influencers not being able to do their job.
I guess we've all been paying more attention to, I don't know, health care workers and other essential contributors to society that are keeping the country moving. But for the poor Instagram models, unfortunately "flat tummy tea" isn't a hot commodity at the moment.
One model named Abigail Ratchford complained that while she typically makes $500,000 on her sponsored posts, she's hardly making 6-figured at the moment.
