The Indianapolis Colts are giving fans a chance to see the team run drills and much more during this week's mini-camp at Lucas Oil Stadium.

For fans like myself, the time between the team's final appearance of the season to the first preseason game the following year is agonizing. The fact the Colts showed such improvement during Andrew Luck's rookie season makes the wait that much more unbearable as I'm anxious to see how much better they've become now that Luck has a year of playing under his belt. Mini-camp is a welcome reminder the 2013 season isn't far away.

Wednesday's event is free to attend and runs from 2 - 8pm Indianapolis time (1 - 7pm Evansville time). Activities include an opportunity for fans to get on the field, a performance by the Colts Cheerleaders and Blue the mascot, an autograph session with players, and the chance to watch the team practice.

The team will offer half-priced concessions, free parking in the South lot of the stadium, along with a Colts "rummage sale". The day will also include Select-A-Seat, giving fans the opportunity to sit in and purchase any remaining season tickets. The first 5,000 fans to arrive will receive a limited edition mini-camp poster.
