How Should We Fill the Tri-State’s Empty Restaurant Real Estate?

We're not quite half way through 2020 yet and we have already seen quite a few restaurants close down. Some smaller buildings, some big ol' buildings - some surprising, some not so much.

So, what can we do about all this newly available restaurant real estate? What delicious eateries could take their place? We asked listeners to give us their thoughts about restaurants they would love to see come to the Tri-State.
