Funnel Cloud Spotted Over Owensboro Wednesday Afternoon [Gallery]

Did anyone else see this?  Angel was driving over the hill on 4th Street in Owensboro this afternoon and snapped a photo of a funnel cloud, or what Eyewitness News Chief Meteorologist Wayne Hart says is a tropical landspout.  My friend Vickie, who works at TTMA, saw it too.  So did my friend Christy Kraus.

It's important to note that while we did have thunder and heavy rain move through the area, there were no official watches or warnings related to the storm.
