Evansville Red Cross Blood Donation Room Now Open 5 Days a Week [VIDEO]

If you've been using the limited hours of the blood donation room at the Red Cross on Stockwell Road as an excuse not to donate, you're going to have to come up with a new excuse.

The Red Cross held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday to announce their blood donation room is now open five days a week.

Before today's announcement, the room was only open two days a week. Additional donation opportunities were made through blood drives at churches, hospitals, schools, and other facilities.
