Detective Bill Shirley Awarded Top Cop in the Tri-State

Congrats, Detective Shirley! 

After weeks of nominations and final voting, KISS106 would like to congratulate Detective Bill Shirley on being named Top Cop in the Tri-State!

Being awarded Top Cop was no easy task. Detective Shirley was up against many other great officers, and the competition was tough! The final voting came down to the following officers:
