This Christmas, Albion Fellows Bacon Center is asking the Tri-State for help to collect gift cards and donations for children and families in need.

On Saturday, December 16th from 1:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m at Evansville's Central library (located at 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd), Albion Fellows Bacon Center is accepting donations of items such as gift cards, clothing, gift sets, toiletries, and more. Albion Fellows Bacon Center is a local shelter and advocacy center for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault whose mission is to:

prevent domestic and sexual violence and to empower victims through advocacy, education, support services and collaborative partnerships.

Albion Fellow Bacon Center helps families in 11 Indiana counties, always confidentially and always free of charge. They offer other vital services including:

  • Safe Shelter
  • Crisis Counseling
  • Legal Advocacy
  • Peer Advocacy
  • Community Outreach
