Books

During a recent trip to Barnes & Noble, I was checking out books on art. I've decided I want to expand my art skills beyond the abstract painting that I've been doing. I think it's time to learn to draw.

Tea

This is a random shot from my kitchen cabinet... I may have an addiction to tea. There are all kinds of flavors, types & brands in my cabinet. There is nothing like a good cup of hot tea on a cold night.

Current Reading

I am currently reading a book titled "The Spirituality of Imperfection," and this quote started an new chapter in the book. It really spoke to me and some of the struggles I have been facing as of late. I thought I should capture it.

Katie Watts and "The Girls"

I took my daughter and her friend to see Katie Watts play at Deerhead this weekend, and the girls were so impressed with Katie's music they had to have their picture taken with her. Katie was a good sport, of course!
