CASH BACK Scam – Watch out for this

There is a new way to steal from your Debit Card sweeping the country called the "Cash Back Scam" and if you don't check your receipts carefully, you could be the next victim!

The way it works is the cashier charges cash back on your purchase when you use your Debit Card, but instead of pocketing the cash directly, they pass it to an accomplice standing in line behind you. That way the cashier isn't seen pocketing the cash, and if you don't request a receipt and check it carefully, you can be exploited.
