After days of speculation about whether he would or would not bring his campaign to Evansville, Bernie Sanders' campaign has confirmed the Democratic presidential hopeful will hold a rally in Evansville on Monday.

44 News reporter, Chelsea Korbler, tweeted the time and location information late Friday night.

NOTE: "ONEP" = Old National Events Plaza

Sanders' rally will be the fourth appearance in Evansville by a presidential candidate, or a campaign representative, in less than seven days. Senator Ted Cruz was the first with a rally on Sunday, April 24th, then a return visit to the Pie Pan on Friday evening. Sunday's rally was followed a few days later by a brief stop from former President Bill Clinton campaigning for his wife, Hillary, and a Donald Trump rally on Thursday.
