Andie the Corgle Puppy is Available for Adoption at Warrick Humane Society
When I started my freshman year of high school, I began thinking about college and how I’d pay for it. I had a job, but I needed some extra income. A good friend of mine had a male Corgi she used for breeding, so I did some research and found a healthy female Corgi with a great lineage and confirmation. Abby was definitely a herding dog—always playing keep-away and chasing after the horses! She was a classic working dog - wasn't very affectionate and always needed a job to do.
Back then, there weren’t many Corgi breeders around, and we knew they were “The Queen’s dog,” but for horse owners like us, they were becoming quite popular. These days, designer mutts are all the rage. If you’re looking for a sweet and playful companion with the Corgi looks but a more laid-back personality, check out Andie! She’s a 5-month-old Corgi/Beagle mix, also known as a Corgle. With the stature of a Corgi and the playful affectionate temperament of a Beagle, she’s a delightful pup. Andie is up to date on all her vaccines, deworming, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention. Plus, she’s already spayed and microchipped!
The staff has some lovely things to say about her:
“Andie is so sweet and goofy! She’s a playful pup with tons of energy! Unfortunately, she was adopted and returned to us because she needed a more active home. We know the perfect family is out there for her—someone who can give her lots of fun and adventures!”
After spending 64 days at the shelter, Andie really needs to find her forever home soon. Her adoption fee has been discounted by 20%. Feel free to stop by during our open hours to meet her—you might just find your new best friend! We’re open Wednesday-Thursday from 12-7 and Friday-Sunday from 12-4.

Arrow
I’m healthy, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on my vaccines, ready to be the center of your world. I don't like stinkin' cats and am picky about my dog friends. I'm not picky about my family though! I don't care if they are thin, fat, short, tall, or what color they are! If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion who will make every day brighter, I just might be the one for you. Ask the staff about my adoption fee and help me find the forever home I’ve been dreaming of. Please share my story and consider bringing me into your heart and home. I'll love you forever. -Arrow
