Yes, summer just began, but do you know what else just started???

Summers in the Evansville area can get nasty quick with increased temperatures and humidity especially in cars with rolled up windows. This has prompted the Evansville Police Department to remind the public just how hot a car can get and why it's never OK to leave your kids in there alone while you run a quick errand.

Summer brings happier moments in life.  The sun being out helps get people up and going outside more and it just seems that life is alive rather than running inside because you're going to die of hypothermia.  But, with summer comes other issues.

Boating. It's a great way to forget how awful the work week was. Of course, there's always the river to hit up during the weekend, but going to different lakes every so often keeps the fun alive!
