Bad news for those of you who are sick of Miley Cyrus and her foam finger: She's going to have a lot of clones on Oct. 31. In fact, retailers think Cyrus' infamous MTV Video Music Awards publicity stunt outfit will be the top selling Halloween costume of the year!
