Today I had the privilege of representing KISS-FM in the 94th Annual Fall Festival Parade and this year it actually went down FRANKLIN STREET instead of through downtown. I love watching parades but for some reason I felt a little nervous have all those people watching me.

It's cool when the adults and kids that actually listen to the station wave at me but it's the looks that I get from the OTHERS that scare me. It gets the most awkward when the parade stops for a brief moment and everyone is just staring. As if wavingback to people with that weird beauty pageant hand wave isn't nerve racking enough, try do it after you've been sitting there for 5 minutes.

My favorite part though was watching all the Hadi Shriners riding those little mini-bikes trying to wave and not FALL OFF at the same time. Not as easy as it looks as one Shriner clown discovered. Can't wait to do again next year!
