I. Love. My. Kitties. In fact, I may be bordering on #CrazyCatLady status, but I don't care. Meet Sophe & Boo!

Sophe aka Captain Sassy Pants

Sophe turned up on my porch nearly 10 years ago tiny, alone and starving. I couldn't resist her, and I certainly couldn't leave her all alone outside the night before Halloween! She is my "Little Miss Attitude." She gives saucy looks and will tell you when she isn't happy with you. She is incredibly attached to me, and sleeps on me (*note: on... not next to) every night. She also greets me at the door when I get home from work and is an excellent conversation maker. She enjoys taking long naps with her kid sister Boo.

Boo aka Baby Boo

Boo is a kitty that I adopted from the Humane Society of Henderson County Kentucky. She is almost 4 years old, and is still very much a kitten. She loves to play with her toy of choice - ponytail holders, and she also wrestles with her big sister Sophe. She takes long naps on the top bunk of the bed in the kids' room, after she climbs the vertical ladder on the end - she is quite agile. Boo will sometimes just sit and stare at me for long periods of time, blinking big, green-eyed cat blinks, before jumping onto the couch and giving me a kiss on the nose. She and Sophe can often be found napping together and grooming one another on the back of the couch.

I told you I may very well be a #CrazyCatLady, but that's ok with me!
