Services for Kristy Kelley, the missing Boonville woman whose body was found submerged in her vehicle in a Warrick County lake on Tuesday, will take place at the Boonville High School Auditorium late Saturday morning.

Kelley went missing after leaving the VFW in Boonville on during the overnight hours of August 15th. Volunteers from Boonville and the surrounding area spent the past month searching the Tri-State area for any sign of where she may have been until a volunteer group using sonar equipment discovered her vehicle in the bottom of a lake at the intersection of Yankeetown and Mount Giliad Roads.

Visitation will take place Friday evening (September 19th) from 5 - 9 p.m. at the high school auditorium, and again Saturday morning from 9 - 11 a.m. before funeral services begin.

The family is asking that anyone interested in making a memorial donation, do so in Kristy's name to Studio Bee community center in Boonville which became the central location for volunteers to gather each day before spreading out to search for Kristy before Tuesday's discovery.
