As Rumored, Jermaine Jones Kicked Off American Idol [VIDEO]

A third contestant leaves without being voted off by America.

I reported yesterday that Jermaine Jones was probably going to kicked off of "American Idol" last night even though last night was not an elimination night.  Crazy circumstances, still not completely explained, led to one or more arrest for Jermaine in the plast year.  He admitted on the show to providing a fake name to police, but not fighting or wrongdoing.  He also admitted to omitting the charges and FOUR outstanding warrants off his "Idol" application.

In a segment full of emotion and uncertainty, they judges summoned Jermaine to talk to him about the situation.  Here is the video:
