Now, this is any horror fan's dream right here! Waverly Hills Sanatorium is located a short drive from the Tri-State. It has a very eerie history of being a tuberculosis hospital and a sanatorium. Since it's been abandoned it's become a place for ghost hunters, and lovers of all things creepy to enjoy. The old building is taken care of now by the Waverly Hills Historical Society, and money raised from tours goes to help to preserve the historical building.

On Friday, October 1st they're hosting a special tour where people have the opportunity to tour Waverly Hills with two actors from Rob Zombie's Halloween movies. Tyler Mane who played Michael Myers and Renae Geerlings who played Deputy Gwynne will be along for the tour.  The tour is a special fundraiser for the Waverly Hills Historical Society. Plus when can you say you've toured one of the most terrifying/haunted places with one of the most infamous slashers of all time?
