Who is the Hottest Guy on Grey’s Anatomy? [POLL]

One thing you may not know about me is I'm a huge Grey's Anatomy fan.  Ever since I started watching it on Netflix a couple years ago, I've been hooked! And did you see the episode tonight?! Only one more episode left this season and the cliffhanger that this episode left us with is the most insane one yet! Also I want to know who you think the hottest Grey's Anatomy guy is! There's a poll inside that you don't want to miss!

So quick recap (SPOILER ALERT!  if you haven't yet seen the episode tonight DO NOT read any further until you've watched it unless you want the ending spoiled!) Okay so if you're still reading I'm assuming you either don't care or you watched the episode.  Tonight basically nothing super OMG worthy really happened until the end.  Poor Kepner didn't pass her boards and is getting rejections left and right, and was then basically fired by Seattle Grace, Mark still hasn't told Lexie he loves her, even though he confessed to Derek that he was still madly in love with 'Little Grey'. Arizona's childhood best friend is dying, and there was no way to save him, Dr. Bailey's boyfriend was going to propose to her, but then got a job offer from UCLA and basically took back his engagement.  Yang show Mayo (or whatever the name of that hospital was), Karev chose Hopkins, and Meredith chose Boston with Derek.   So there ya go that's the jist of tonights episode.  However there was a HUGE, GIGANTIC, so big that I can't even think of a word that big of a twist at the end that it completely blind sides you.   From what I could see at the end, Dr. Bailey, Arizona, Sloan, Derek, and Merideth were on a plane to go help conjoined twins and BAM plane crash, they can't find Derek, end scene leave us begging for more, you know typical Grey's Anatomy things! I couldn't find the preview to post up here for you, but it's really dramatic and sad.

Now that you know what's up in Grey's Anatomy land, I really want to get to the fun part...the hot doctors! Who do you think is the hottest??!
