Watch Kelly Rowland Perform ‘Motivation’ on Jimmy Kimmel Live [VIDEO]

[/caption]The second hottest former member of Destiny's Child member...Kelly Rowland (sorry Michelle Williams) brought her sultry single "Motivation" to life on last night's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Supported by a full band and a handful of male dancers not afraid to show off the fruits of their exercise labor, Kelly graced the stage in a short, form-fitting black outfit that accentuated all the right spots.

All in all, it wasn't a bad performance. What I appreciated the most was the fact that she actually sang most of the song. The one thing that really bugs me anytime I see a pop artist perform live is that they want to rely on a backing track to provide a majority of the lyrics while they show off their dance moves. Call me old fashioned, but when I want to see a performance, I want to see a performance which includes singing the songs I play everyday on the radio. If I wanted to watch someone dance to song, I play it on my iPod and let my kids dance around the living room.
