Warrick County Superintendent made the announcement via press release, here's all the info.

It's official, Warrick County School Superintendent, Brad Schneider, announced the cancellation of school on November 19 in support of Red for Ed day activities. It's yet to be determined if this will be a snow day or how the day will be made up.

The Red for Ed Action Day is put on by the Indiana State Teachers Association to help advocate to get better funding for public schools, better pay for teachers, and advocate for children.

Yesterday, EVSC announced they would be closed November 19 as well. With the 19th being about 2 weeks away, it might be a good time to plan for childcare on that day.
