Warrick County AC Looking for Info on Dumped 8 Week Old Kitten

Warrick County Animal Control is currently looking for information on a person caught on security cameras, dumping an 8 week old kitten.

Dumping animals is illegal, especially when Animal Control will take them during business hours. It's irresponsible, negligent, and just mean.

This person drove up in a red SUV (it looks to me like a Ford Escape in the video) and dumped an 8 week old kitten. This kitten wasn't even dumped in a crate or an enclosure, and could have been harmed by wild life, hit by a car, or a number of other dangers. Thankfully the kitten is safe and at Warrick County Animal Control, but now they're looking for information on the person who dumped the kitten.
